I went to the grocery store yesterday to stock up on my favorite "diet" foods and it seems as if they might be everybody else's favorites too because a couple of times the item I was looking for was all gone. LOL

The only excercise secret I'm willing to share are 3 words - Dance, Dance Revolution.

Not sure what team my wife is on, but she has a wireless dance, dance revolution pad also. I am sure she would be up for someone to join her in that exercise(she loves it).

I've been good so far. No fried foods. Yogurt if I'm hungry at night. Stress from teammates also burns calories.

I have been fairly good this weekend considering I went out of town. Although today I went to a buffet, but I did skip lunch. Hopefully that will count for something.

We are well into the second week of this contest. How are people doing? Is it still fun? Are you really serious about this? I admit that I was not real serious about this to start, but I do know that I could lose a few pounds. I have decided to try to eat a bit better and watch my portion sizes. That's not to say that I won't eat out anymore, just less. Anyway, keep up the fight....

All these BBQs aren't helping out much, but I did join a gym here in town and I stopped drinking pop for the contest, so I'm back on track.

I still have a long ways to go in my goal. I do like the fact that it is a team competition because you know that not only are you letting yourself down, but also your teammates.

Keep up the good work everybody. Remember it's a marathon and not a sprint. Some weeks the results will be and others they won't.

It looks like this thing may go downhill for me this weekend. Holidays at the parents house is always all about the food. I am sure that I will eat my share of Easter dinner and of course those eggs that the kids love to find, but never eat. Thank goodness that there are a couple of days before the weigh-in. At least I have a chance to stay even(again). To all the other teams, feel free to eat as much as you want(I won't tell). :)

Well it happened, I went up a pound this week. Not sure how that happened. Over Easter It seemed like I ate more than usual and lost a few pounds, and now this week I thought I was doing pretty good and gained one back. Oh well, there is a lot of time left. I am sure that everyone will make a huge efort the last 2 weeks to be the winners.
