So you think cooking Thanksgiving dinner for your family is a lot of work? What if you expected 300 to attend? That is what Daniel Kenney, LeeAnn Karg and dozens of other volunteers preparing and serving today's Community Thanksgiving Fellowship Dinner face. They are shown preparing that meal this morning, Thursday, Nov. 26. The complete dinner, organized for 15 years by the local chapter of the Disabled American Veterans and its Auxiliary, will be served at the Hutchinson Veterans of Foreign War Post 906 today from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., or until the food is gone. The meal is free to anyone in the community, however free-will offerings are welcome.
